BOSU Balance Trainer, 65cm The OriginalIve used a balance trainer for years, for me there are so many things that you can do in order to strengthen your core muscles.I used these in physio countless of times for rehab work and still to this day i continue to use it.Ive bought cheaper alternative previously in order to save money however, the plastic seem to break after about 6months to a year with consistent usage.The last bosu lasted me years and its a true testament when the one i use in physio is around 7 years old and it gets used pretty much all the time until it finally gave up.The material used is pretty much similar to the cheaper alternative this just wins out majorly when the bladder is form to the surrounding plastic which is just way more durable and thick so will last alot longer than the cheaper ones.You do hear air which personally i haven't heard before probably because of the background noises i just haven't noticed this yet it seem like the bladder itself has a pocket which when weight is placed on top of it draws air out and when you get off the air gets drawn back. This is because im am yet to reinflate the device its been consistent and hasn't deflated at all.Overall quality material, very versatile.

This is a great product. I'd tried one in the gym, but was umming and ahhing about splashing out on a BOSU or going for one of the cheaper ones. I'm really, really glad I picked this and would definitely recommend it. The quality is very high, it's a robust bit of kit (my 4 year old uses it like a trampoline and, while it's probably not recommended, it stands up to the job well). It also comes with lots of exercise ideas which is good if you're short on inspiration. It's also fun just to stand on (weird, I know). It's like being a kid again. Kind of. Anyway, highly recommend.

I love the colour of the Bosu ball and it seems pretty stable for exercises. There was just some difficulty in getting the white plastic valve into the ball once it was pumped (see picture) when I stand on it I can hear air so I’m not sure if it will stay pumped up but for now it seems good.

My physio advised me to get one of these to help strengthen my ankles for trail running. There are lots of exercises you can do and this bosu tends to be used widely across many gyms.

Best Bosu trainer there is! I have been using this brand since 2009 for group classes and private training and it has never failed (I am a NASM trainer). Yes, it is pricey BUT you get top quality and durability given that you invest basic care ie keep it clean, away from heat sources etc. basic maintenance really. It is an investment and certainly worth every penny. Whether you are a group/personal trainer, fitness enthusiast, advanced or beginner, Bosu trainer is a must have in your gym.Even though I live in the UK now (lived in the USA for many years) I still have purchased this original Bosu from the States and would never consider getting anything else.Great buy and again - best on the market!!

A brilliant buy. All respected gyms have them. Great for all body stability piece of equipment. Just what I need.

Arrived without a stopper to keep air in - so completely useless! .....not sure how to contact seller.

The product is great! It’s easy to fill in air with the provided pump. Works wonders for overall toning of your body. Workouts are on their website too!

It's a Bosu so you know it's the best of this type of exercise equipment. It's great for doing balance exercises. The hand pump it comes with is a joke. I spent about 15 minutes trying to inflate it and them went into the garage and used a trigger type nozzle with my air compressor to inflate it in about 30 seconds. The hand pump is better than nothing but not much better. Plan to spend plenty of time inflating this if you're using the hand pump. Otherwise this is a durable and useful piece of exercise equipment. It takes some getting used to if you have not used one before.

el articulo llegó usado venía sucio y con mal embalaje pero al probarlo y comprobar que es un excelente entrenador para mejorar equilibrio y fuerza decidí quedarme con el, al cabo de una semana observe que el mismo articulo tenía un buen descuento decidí regresar el articulo y cambiarlo por otro igual, ahora con descuento. I love the orange and blue combo. It’s even more eye popping in person. It came with the pump, two plugs and a QR leaflet for exercise ideas. I’m am very satisfied with my purchase. I can’t wait to workout w it at home. I have one I use at the gym. Love it! A+++

I love this product for core strengthening and balance. Tons of fun ways to exercise with it.
