Great gift idea for guys, but this SAHM loves it too! I saw it on social media, it was recommended as a gift for gym enthusiasts. I purchased for my son, but he does not record his workouts so he left it with me. I like to make videos all over the place, and I can stick this on any magnetic surface! It’s perfect for filming top-down cooking videos, or the side of a microwave for filming anything you do on a kitchen counter. It’s small enough to be comfortably portable in a large pocket, so you can film on the go without bulky tripods.It’s absolutely worth the money! Great design, which is key for trusting these little devices with expensive phones. It feels extremely durable, and I can confidently swivel my phone into different positions. I know there are cheaper options available, but I do not want to risk getting a cheap magnet that would out my phone at risk for falling. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and this magnet supports the weight safely.

Tried these out at home on dumbbells, but today was my first real test using them on cables at the gym. Instantly noticed a difference in grip engagement and overall tension. I'm trying these out at gym. They seem like they are making a lot more work for forearms. It makes dumbbell curls harder. It seems like it is working. I would recommend trying them.

I do much of my workout at home with dumbbells and have owned a set of Fat Gripz for what seems like years. I love them, but I found I was constantly taking them off one set of dumbbells to use them on another set. Finally, I says to myself, "'Self, you may not have to change your Fat Gripz as often if you buy another set or two", so whats I did was buy one more set. I may come back for yet another set. Great stuff.

I can feel my forearms engaged more during bicep and forearm exercises. I have only used them for back on lat pull downs so far and I can definitely feel more back engagement. Also, I did have to lighten up the weight on some of the movements.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Really enjoying this product. Always been a leg day person and neglected arms. These definitely add difficulty to some lifts and I can feel the burn in the forearms. Highly recommend for hammer curls.
