I needed a new sewing kit for the house and this one is perfect. It is larger than most household sewing kits which is great. It means more stuff. There is a generous amount of thread on each spool and a wide variety of colors. I am always sewing something the kids and they always have many colors different from the traditional colors. So this kit was perfect. It also come with high quality scissors. None of the cheap ones you typically see. I am really impressed with this sewing kit. It was great but and great value for the cost. I would recommend this sewing kit if you need one for home or travel.

Incredibly disappointing! It has barely enough thread on each spool to do one or two repairs. The cover is small and cheaply made. It falls apart with the slightest bit of heat or pressure. I bought a different kit last year that was amazing and wanted a second one for traveling. I bought this one for the larger variety of thread... it is a complete bust! Don't waste your money! I would seriously call this a one time use kit.

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. I just found out they had to toss the thread as they could not get a start on it. It was put on awkward. My daughter tried getting a start on them but said it was useless and she does know how to sew. Other than that the rest of it was great but total loss for granddaughter.

This is better than expected and has anything I could need . Even has snaps and some buttons, a great scissors and a magnifying glass. I like it!

Everything that is included in this case are of good quality except for the scissors. The scissors are garbage, still love the other items though!
