Product itself seemed good quality but it was not the easy fix it seemed. We now have water collecting in both fridge drawers instead of just one. Very disappointing but really that falls with the original manufacturer not this product. If it had worked 5 stars all round.

Shame on Samsung for selling an appliance that fills with water because of an item this simple. I understand it's impossible to foresee all possible issues with such a complex machine, but once the issue is identified I would hope for support in fixing it. This said, this part is the exact solution to the problem of defrost water filling the bottom of the fridge. There are tons of youtube videos detailing the installation. Watch a couple before attempting the install. The hardest parts of the project for me were finding a place to empty the fridge into, getting the back panel off the fridge off because it was frozen to the cooling fins, and waiting overnight for all the ice to melt out of the drainage system. Take your time, watch videos, and don't pry too hard and the install is not too bad.

This little, itty-bitty part works! No more water in the crispers of my Samsung refrigerator! Ok, it’s not so easy to take apart the fridge to get to this thing, but I did it with the help of a YouTube video—and I’m not a particularly handy gal, but hey it was pandemic time and I really didn’t want a repairman in my house.

I replaced a cheaply made part (thanks, Samsung!) in my refrigerator that caused ice build-up under my crisper drawers. Initially, I thought I needed to purchase a new refrigerator, but after watching a video by TR Bowlin, I decided to give this part a try and fix it myself. I'm glad it did, as it's been weeks, and there is no more ice.

The Clip drain evaporator for Samsung was easy to install after removing the old and small drain piece of metal. The only problem that you can't find this at any hardware store except maybe an appliance tool store.

This little thingy dodad changed my life. The bottom of my fridge is no longer full of water with side of food bourn Illness.

Tried to assist draining the water condensation off the cooling coils in the Samsung refrigerator.Little success and an authorized Samsung technician is scheduled for the repair

So thankful for YouTube videos and Amazon , our refrigerator is only 4yrs old grateful to be able to fix it DID NOT want to replace it.

We had lots of water in the vegetable drawers of our Samsung fridge. Upon research we found that the likely cause was the drain being clogged with ice. After ordering this part, we opened up the fridge and low and behold the drain was completely iced over. After cutting out he old drain clip, I installed the new one. there really isn't much to it but this drain clip definitely works. its been about 2 weeks now and our issue is solved! This is a do able DIY job and the cost of the clip is quite reasonable.

Watched a video about why there was water in my mom's fridge vegetable drawers. Ordered this part, fixed it myself. Easy peasy.
