Get rid of the keys
I've had zero problems with my Yale locks. Replaced the batteries after two years of daily use. So happy to get rid of door keys.

Happy purchase!
Easy to install, use & manage. Kid friendly. So far it works great & we’re happy with purchase.One thing I was annoyed about, was it didn’t include the “brain”. In order to get some features I specifically purchased it for I had to purchase additional pieces. Like auto locking after door closes, the app functions, alerts the door is still open & a couple other things. In my opinion it should have been included especially since it highlights the features in the description as though it comes with everything or at least be more forthcoming that these features require additional equipment. After everything was said & done I feel it was a bit pricey.

Easy to install and looks great.
We love it. Went great with our dark grey door. I also got the HomeKit module to make it compatible with your iphone and siri. It’s called Yale AYR202-IM1-USA Apple iM1 HomeKit Module

You have to buy separate module if you want to use app
The lock is great but we were really annoyed to find out you have to buy a separate $80 module if you want to use the app.

Does NOT include the smart module
Nowhere in this ad does it tell you that you have to spend another $100 to get the smart module you need in order to use the smart features they advertise it does. Not cool Yale.Also, I tried to do the whole registration thing that the insert said I could do to get 20% off my next Yale purchase. Guess what? That site doesn’t exist. Again… not cool Yale.

Works well and looks nice.
Somehow it was 1/4 inch difference in handle length with my old lock. Because of that it took me 1 hour to install the it. The sensor screen is very sensitive, so like it. Would be nice to have a finger scan. The instruction for the lock was easy to read, but not very good for the handle.Update: Looks like the lock should come with a door sensor but somehow it was not in the box. The lock is not useful without it. And I don't see how to get a replacement.
