Perfect for hydroponic Microgreens
I place a little vermiculite under a Hemp terrafiber 5"x5" grow mat in the Garden Tray. Add a mix of seeds and place in an ebb and flow hydroponic tray. Each tray results in a helping or two of microgreens in about 10 days. The trays are a little light, but I am able to reuse them if I don't abuse them too badly. I've also had success growing small batches of radishes using either a mat or cocoa fiber. The trays are perfect for my application.

These are just perfect for starting seeds in. The size is right for starting lots of small seeds or just a few larger seeds. Nicely constructed, should last for multiple seasons.

Exactly what I wanted :)
I have 2, 1020 trays, these fit perfect inside. A great way to grow 16 different varieties of microgreens with just 2 1020s. I figured little 5x5 patches would be perfect for just myself to add to salads or add to smoothies or shakes and sh.t. :)

Perfect for a fern hobbyist.
I collect unusual ferns, which sparked an interest in growing them from spores. I knew exactly what I needed for the project, but had a heckuva job finding small trays for the growing media, and here they are! I should have known to start out searching on Amazon. These are a bit deeper than I need, but I don't need to fill them up to the rim. Perfect for what I have in mind.

These work good for small orders of micro greens they're kind of shallow for taking your tomatoes or cucumbers to the next level of growth from the little tiny one or 2 inch starter trays if you're going to do something like that I would suggest getting a little bit deeper Try

Good inserts for 1020 trays for microgreens. Buy directly from True Leaf market though. It's cheaper that way.

5"x 5" x 2 Garden tray w/drain holes
These tray are adequate but not too larding if using over and over. I found others that are more to use for my situation and in about the price range. I love true leaf and will continue to buy other products from them.
