I keep them in my car, and on my commute to work, 30 min drive, I use them. They work great. I love them. Nice to have adjustable grips.

I have used these grippers for when I work at my desk. They are comfortable, adjustable and work hands and forearms. Good product!

Good starting point to get a guess on your hand strength limits. While I am above these it gave me a better idea where I need to go next. Still good for daily training to keep up grip strength. And inexpensive.

I like the design of the grips and the adjustable resistance. I use grip exercises daily to keep and improve hand and forearm strength. I like the lighter grip setting for high speed grip to exhaustion. The high setting grip gives good measurable training results.

I ordered this because I have one at work and wanted one for home. The one at work, 22-88 lbs, is maxed out, so I was looking for one with more resistance. The two seem too have the same resistance, about the same as the one I have at work, 22-88 lbs. I'm not completely satisfied, but will keep them, I may throw one in the car. Eventually I would like to find one with stronger resistance like I was looking for.

Using for rehab on my broken wrist with plate.Good grip. Tension adjustment easy. Quality is good, but I will have to wait to see the lifespan.Overall, It's a GREAT purchase.

They come as one weak one and one strong one in each set. I had to buy 2 sets to get the 2 strong ones I need. But they work well and the handles are long enough so that all my fingers fit.
