I bought a returned item for a few dollar discount.First, the quality of the device is really top notch.Sturdy, hefty, glossy material, and the sound quality is very good.I ended up plugging the power directly into the outlet, as opposed to the PC's USB slot.The downside is, since the power is always on, the blue light is also always on.It's not TOO bright, but since I use this for my bedroom PC, this can be an issue for some.If you choose to plug this into your PC, then this is not an issue since the power will be lost when you turn off the PC.Anyways, great device.

Best speakers I have bought for my pc ever. They are quite small so looks are very deceiving. Got to tell you these things are designed almost perfect and the quality is great! The fact they are very low on cost and this great makes it a no brainer. I game and do work and these are great for either and the size makes it easy to move around where needed. Careful though they are very loud!

I originally bought this product because of its' price and aesthetics but it is a lot better than I expected. I read all the other reviews with speculations as usual and everyone nailed it. The blue ambient lights on the speakers are very subtle, even in middle of the night. USB powered makes it perfect for laptop/PC. It's small is perfect for smaller desks and is simple as can be to connect. All the functionality is on the right speaker cord with a volume slider and no buttons. With this being the last but not least, the sound is a crisp as can be for something priced this low. The only thing that I can't comment on is longevity but everything is worth taking the risk so far. Hope this helps!

Update: I tried headphones on my computer and they worked. On a whim, I tried these speakers again...and they work now!! WTH?? But everything is good now and I cancelled the return. I changed from 1 star to 5 stars! And I love the soft blue lights!--------------Original:I plugged it into the audio jack on the back of my computer, and nothing worked! I plugged the USB in, and the pretty blue lights came on, but no sound at all. So I plugged it into the headphones jack on the front of the computer, and I still didn't get anything! No matter what I tried, I could not get these things to make a peep. I am returning them. I just got them today! The lights came on, but nobody's home!On the plus side, they are pretty and they feel nice. They are nice and shiny and new! Too bad they don't work!

Great speakers at an ubeatable price! Its been a decade since Ive used external speakers for anything, and wow, has quality come a long way! I wouod have been happy to pay triple for the sound Im getting. Im not an expert, but these do the job VERY well.

Great sound quality for the low price. Nice and compact size, easy to make work. Really good bass quality. I got them and cranked up the Ramones to see how they would handle it, and they did great! We'll see how long they last, though. If they fail before a year is up, I will be back to change my review.

The led glow on the bottom make these speakers very nice. They do have some weight to them, making them feel and look premium for such a low price. Keep in mind these speakers are powered by the 5 volt USB port on the computer, so don't expect these speakers to be very loud. If you need louder speakers, you will have to buy speakers that have their own plug in power supply.
