Loud Swish Sound When Walking
I bought these for the lightweight description and pockets since they were intended for gardening. The fit was a bit snug I feel for the 36. I've worn mens pants all my life. The material feels like a nylon and has no stretch whatsoever, a factor I didn't consider for my gardening needs which require endless bending, so fabric with no stretch doesn't work. What I hated was the swishing sound of every single step. Even my cat was freaked out with the noise.I have read elsewhere that this can be an issue with some people. Take note, these pants swish loud.

Low quality, cheap flimsy nylon, not rugged.
The media could not be loaded. This purchase is a disappointment. It ships in a clear plastic bag. Found laying on my doorstep. The cloth is a flimsy nylon, too thin to be considered rugged or any type of quality for a trail hike. The cloth is more like that of parachute pants from the 80s… But the parachute pants at that time were tougher. Also… and this is my fault for not checking, these pants are not “convertable” into shorts. What is most aggravating is a zipper pocket on the front (pictured and in video) Is there for show. Unless, of course, you need to store a toothpick right at your abdomen so you can stab yourself often. Photo shows a standard house key will not even fit in this fake pocket. The manufacturer definitely cut corners. Entirely too expensive for what they are.I may use these as pajama pants. One thing you may be able to rely on is the sizing. The waist fits… but they’re too long.

Hiking?
If by Hiking, the manufacturer means walking those well groomed trails in the city, suburbia or 'easy' trails maintained by the state or Federal park service, then these are Hiking pants. If they mean 'Hiking" as what one typically envisions when referring to a Hiker; the outdoorsy type prone to remote camping on various treks, then, I doubt these pants would be a wise choice in most any environment. It claims 'quick drying' because the 65% nylon+35% polyester is very thin, like old Parachute pants from back in the 1980's and not a particular special feature, but inherent in the materials and thin fabric it CAN'T hold any moisture for as long as, say. Cotton Jeans. These may be better described as 'kick-around' casual cargo pants. Or a modifier 'day hiking' (as described earlier). They are more cargo-like pants, as most cargo pants are durable work grade pants. They may be cooler than other options, particularly as shorts, but I don't care much for the slippery feel of these, but that is what one should expect from the materials.

Good product, one complaint
Avid hiker looking for durable and light weight warm weather pant. Very light material and good fit. These won't work for colder hikes, but are great for the hotter ones! Elastic waist is nice. Only nick is on quality control for the buttons as they were all loose, not snugly sewn on and had to be repaired. Note that these pants have all plastic/nylon buttoned pockets and not velcro or metal snaps if it is an issue for you.

Nice Pants for Old Men
My husband is a "senior" and didn't want tight-fitting pants. He wears a 42 or 44 waist and the 42 size fit perfectly - not too tight. He also liked that the legs weren't skinny legs and had plenty of room at the bottom hem to fit over a pair of boots. (They were not overly baggy.) The length was slightly long, but acceptable. They held their shape and the pockets didn't "flop" around after washing. He liked them so much, he bought a second pair. Great price for the product.

Such a sick fit. Buy them!1. These do NOT make a loud noise when walking, they’re pants, no one is paying attention.2. Fabric is thin but they’re comfy and durable as hell.3. By far my favorite cargos and will def buy more colors.4. Friends have stolen them before cause they’re that good.5. Comfy. Dope. Good fit.

Perfect summer hiking pant
I hiked 10 miles in the heat yesterday wearing these pants for the first time. I have to say they were very comfortable. The size is perfect for me. I like all of the pockets. These pants did come with a zipper in the front that is decoration only and isn't a pocket. That one was a head-scratcher as to why they put that zipper there. It has absolutely no function other than looks. I'd buy another pair of these pants.

Not baggy or loose. Two sizes up I'd still tight in the thigh and shows a plumbers crack.
I bought two sizes up from my usual size after reading the reviews about em being too tight from the thighs up. They're still tight in the thighs and low riding in the back to give you a plumbers crack. I was hoping they'd be a bit baggy, but am disappointed. I would have returned them except that someone threw away the original packaging. I wore them around hoping they'd grow on me and I'd start to feel more comfortable in em. They did kinda grow on me, so I did 3 stars. But, for the price and the fit, I'll do no more than 3 stars. I was hoping they'd be less tight in the thighs and have longer legs.
